上海市第六人民医院单体多院区一体化管理模式与实践

Mode and Practices of a Reorganized Single Hospital with Multi-campus in Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital

单体多院区医院能促进优质医疗资源的有效流动,提升优质医疗资源的可及性与公平性。2020年,为打破不同机构间的资源共享壁垒,上海市“5+3+1”项目的郊区三级医院逐步整建制并入了中心城区三级甲等医院,形成同一法人的单体多院区医院。介绍了上海市第六人民医院单体多院区的形成背景,分析了其在“结构—过程—结果”理论指导下一体化运行管理设计及初步成效,为重组型单体多院区管理机制建设和新片区医疗资源布局提供参考。

Single hospitals with multi-campus can promote an effective flow of high-quality medical resources,and improve accessibility and equity.In 2020,to break the barriers of resource sharing among different institutions,the suburban tertiary hospitals of the“5+3+1”project in Shanghai were gradually reorganized into the tertiary hospitals in the central city,forming single multi-campus hospitals with the same legal person.It described the formation background of single multi-campus hospital in Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital,and introduced the management design with the guidance of the“structure-process-outcome”theory and its effect,so as to provide references for management mechanism construction of reorganized single multi-campus hospitals and layout of medical resources in a new area.
