摘要
近年来,表观转录组学开启了生命科学和人类医学研究的新篇章。作为表观转录组的主要研究内容之一,N^(6)-甲基腺嘌呤(m^(6)A)对动物的表型和性状具有重要的调控作用。而营养是影响动物表型和性状的关键要素,与表观遗传密切相关。因此,m^(6)A RNA甲基化如何动态调控机体的营养代谢,以及营养代谢对机体m^(6)A RNA甲基化修饰的影响非常值得探究。本文综述了m^(6)A RNA甲基化的分子基础,以及其与糖代谢、脂质代谢、离子代谢和微生物之间的相互作用,旨在为深刻理解动物营养生理与代谢的理论基础和发展新的动物营养理论体系提供重要支撑,并为未来畜牧业的发展提供新的思路。
In recent years,epigenetic transcriptomics has opened a new chapter in life science and human medicine research.As the main aspects of the epigenetic transcriptome,N^(6)-methyladenine(m^(6)A)plays an important regulatory role in animal phenotypes and traits.In addition,nutrition is a key factor affecting animal phenotypes and traits,which is closely related to epigenetics.Therefore,it is worth exploring how m^(6)A RNA methylation dynamically regulates nutrient metabolism and the effects of nutrient metabolism on m^(6)A RNA methylation.This review summarized the molecular basis of m^(6)A RNA methylation and its interactions with carbohydrate metabolism,lipid metabolism,ion metabolism and microbiota,aiming to provide important support for the profound understanding of the theoretical basis of animal nutrition physiology and metabolism and the development of a new theoretical system of animal nutrition,and provide new ideas for the development of animal husbandry in the future.
