摘要
经济作物副产物在牛羊饲粮结构中占据着重要地位,尤其是以秸秆和茎叶类副产物作为主要的粗饲料替代来源,以及饼粕和糟渣类副产物作为精饲料的补充部分在其中发挥着重要作用。本文结合国内外研究进展,从物理、化学和生物处理等改善纤维性饲料营养价值的技术措施,并根据经济作物副产物的营养价值特点,通过副产物间的组合效应提高其饲料利用率等方面进行综述,以期为经济作物副产物在牛羊饲粮中的应用提供参考。
The by-products of cash crops play a vital role in the diet of cattle and sheep,especially the straw and leaf as the alternative roughage,and meal and residue from cash crops as the supplement of concentrate.In this review,we introduced the main processing methods(e.g.,physical,chemical and biological)and several associated effects among the different by-products,basing the characteristics of nutritional composition,to improve fibrous feed utilization efficiency and provide insights into the application of by-products of cash crop in the diet for cattle and sheep.
