摘要
胃肠道线虫是一种抑制反刍动物生长的重要寄生虫。我国放牧牛、羊胃肠道线虫感染率高达30%~100%。然而,我国目前在胃肠道线虫对牛、羊的负面影响及其防控措施上的研究相对薄弱。近年来,随着生物技术的迅速发展,国内外胃肠道线虫感染对反刍动物的负面影响及其防治措施方面的研究取得较大进展。本文针对反刍动物胃肠道线虫研究的必要性及其防治措施的研究现状,以及反刍动物胃肠道线虫引起的宿主动物机体变化,尤其是对宿主动物免疫和营养代谢方面的负面影响进行了综述,旨在明确宿主动物与胃肠道线虫之间的相互作用及其重要意义,以期为反刍动物抗虫机理提供理论依据。
Gastrointestinal nematodes are important parasites that inhibit the growth of ruminants.The infection rate of gastrointestinal nematodes in grazing ruminants in China is as high as 70%.However,the current research on the negative effects of gastrointestinal nematodes on ruminants and their control measures is relatively weak in China.In recent years,with the rapid development of biotechnology,great progress has been made in the research on the negative effects of gastrointestinal nematode infection on ruminants and its control measures.This paper reviewed the necessity of research on ruminant gastrointestinal nematodes and the research status of control measures,as well as the changes in host animals caused by ruminant gastrointestinal nematodes,especially the negative effects on host animal immune and nutrition metabolism,aiming to clarify the interaction between host animals and gastrointestinal nematodes and their significance,and provide a theoretical basis for the anti-parasite mechanism of ruminants.
