核电阀门限位开关国产化研究

摘要 介绍了核电阀门限位开关国产化的必要性和国产化技术需求,对密封件/微动开关耐辐照、高温等关键技术研究和样机结构设计进行了重点说明。国产化摆臂式、转轴式、感应式限位开关样机完成了热老化、动作寿命、辐照老化、地震、LOCA等项目鉴定试验,并通过机械工业联合会组织的专家鉴定验收,覆盖核电站K1/SA、K2、K3ad、K3环境的应用,满足国产化替代需求。 It introduces the necessity and technical requirements for localization of nuclear power valve limit switches,and highlights the research on key technologies such as irradiation and hightemperature resistance of seals/microswitches as well as the structural design of the prototypes.The prototypes of swing-arm,rotary-shaft and inductive limit switches for localization have been subject to the qualification tests for thermal aging,operating life,irradiation aging,earthquake and LOCA,and passed the expert acceptance organized by China Machinery Industry Federation,the product has applies to K1/SA,K2,K3ad and K3 environments of nuclear power plants,meeting the demands for localized substitution.
