长江下游黑沙洲水道航道整治二期工程效果分析

Effect of phaseⅡchannel regulation project in Heishazhou waterway downstream the Yangtze River

黑沙洲水道是长江下游重点碍航水道之一,一期整治工程的实施改善了其航道条件,但是仍存在局部碍航问题,按照一级航道建设标准实施二期整治工程。通过比较二期整治工程前后的水流条件、河道变化及通航条件,分析了二期整治工程的整治效果。二期整治工程稳定了南水道心滩滩体,有效地减弱了中枯水期漫滩水流,改善了南水道右槽浅区水流动力条件,加强了对南水道左槽深槽冲深发展趋势的抑制作用,同时稳固了航道的边界条件,整治效果达到了工程建设目标。

The Heishazhou waterway is one of the key waterways obstructing navigation in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River.The implementation of the first-phase regulation project had improved the navigation conditions,but there were still some problems.Therefore,it was necessary to implement the second-phase regulation project.By comparing the flow conditions,river changes and navigation conditions before and after the second phase of the project,the effect of the second phase of the project was analyzed.The second phase of the renovation project stabilizes the central beach body of the southern waterway,effectively weakens the floodplain water flow in the middle dry period,improves the water dynamic conditions in the shallow area of the right channel of the southern waterway,and strengthens the inhibition effect on the development trend of the left channel of the southern waterway.At the same time,the boundary conditions of the waterway are stabilized.Consequently,the improvement effect is satisfying and the project construction objective is reached.
