长江中下游护岸服役状态评价

Evaluation of service performance of revetment in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River

护岸作为一种常见的整治建筑物,常用于抑制河岸侵蚀,其服役状态关乎航道整治工程成败,因此开展护岸服役状态评价研究具有重要意义。为解决护岸服役状态评价体系和方法尚不明晰的问题,亟须构建完整的护岸服役状态评价体系。文章基于长江中下游护岸破坏机理,采用选取典型指标法确定服役状态关键评价指标并使用集值迭代法对其权重赋值,对指标量化分级后确定评分区间。将该方法用于评估蔡家渡护岸服役状态,评价结果合理有效。该评价体系对护岸服役状态的日常检测和维护有指导作用,为护岸服役状态监测及护岸损坏预警提供了理论依据。

The revetment is a common regulating structure to prevent river bank erosion,and its service performance is crucial to waterway regulation project.Therefore,it is of practical significance to evaluate the service performance of revetment.To solve the problem that the evaluation method of revetment service performance is not clear,it is imminent to construct a complete revetment service performance evaluation system.In this paper,based on the failure mechanism of revetment in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River,a selecting typical index method was used to determine the key service performance index,and the indexes were weighted by the set-valued iterative method.Then the indicators were quantitatively classified and the scoring intervals were determined.This evaluation method was applied to evaluate the service performance of the Caijiadu revetment.The results demonstrate the effectiveness of this evaluation system,which can be used to guide the daily detection and maintenance of the revetment.This evaluation approach will provide a theoretical basis for the monitoring and the early warning of revetment damage.
