The Role of Vitamin D and its Receptor in Noncicatricial ALopecia

摘要 维生素D是影响角质形成细胞增殖和分化的重要因素,与多种疾病的发病机制有关。越来越多的研究表明,维生素D及其受体在维持毛囊正常周期和毛发生长中发挥了重要作用。本文就其在非瘢痕性脱发中的作用作一综述,探讨了维生素D水平及其受体表达异常对斑秃、雄激素性秃发和休止期脱发的影响以及可能的调控机制,为治疗脱发疾病提供新的思路和研究方向。 Vitamin D is an important factor in keratinocyte proliferation and differentiation. It is implicated in the pathogenesis of various diseases. Increasing evidence has demonstrated that vitamin D and its receptor play an important role in regulating hair follicle cycle and hair growth.This article reviews the current literature and discusses the roles of vitamin D and its receptor in noncicatricial alopecia,including alopecia areata(AA),androgegentic alopecia(AGA),female pattern hair loss(FPHL) and chronic telogen effluvium(CTE).The associations and possible pathogenesis are also investigated,that will provide new ideas and research directions for the treatment of hair loss.
