乡贤文化助力乡村振兴的调查与分析:以承德市诗上庄村为例

Rural Revitalization with Help of Township Elite Culture:A Case Study of Shishangzhuang Village in Chengde city

河北省承德市诗上庄村创造性提出“党建+乡贤”协作平台,一手抓党建引领,一手抓乡贤引领。积极发挥乡贤和乡贤文化在乡村振兴中的示范作用,形成了乡贤文化助力乡村振兴的诗上庄现象。乡贤文化助力乡村振兴的诗上庄路径可以归纳为:构建“党建+乡贤”协作平台,共同谋划乡村振兴;始终聚焦发展,赋能产业发展;传承文明乡风,为乡村振兴凝聚精神伟力。该村乡贤文化助力乡村振兴的样本固然有其诗歌特质,难以复制,但是当地党委政府和乡贤们实现乡村振兴的理论和实践,引人深思,值得借鉴。

The“Party Building+Township Elites”cooperation platform was creatively put forward by Shishangzhuang Village in Chengde,Hebei Province.The Party branch of Shishangzhuang Village not only grasps the party construction,but also pays attention to the leading role of township elite.The exemplary role of township elite and township elite culture in rural revitalization has been actively played,and the phenomenon of township elite culture helping rural revitalization has been formed.Shishangzhuang Village’s approaches to rural revitalization can be summarized as follows:building a cooperation platform of“Party Building+Township Elites”and planning rural revitalization together;focusing on development and enabling industry development;carrying forward the culture of countryside and gathering spirit for rural revitalization.Although the sample of Shishangzhuang Village’s township elite culture helping rural revitalization has its own poetic characteristics,which is difficult to copy,the theories and practices of local Party committee and government and the township elites in realizing rural revitalization are thought-provoking and worthy of reference.
