改性竹炭/丁苯橡胶复合材料的制备及其性能

摘要 以竹炭作为填料,通过模压法制备出竹炭/丁苯橡胶复合材料,研究竹炭对丁苯橡胶硫化性能的影响,以及竹炭对复合材料力学性能、硬度、DIN磨耗和微观形貌的影响。结果表明,经偶联剂改性的竹炭加入到丁苯橡胶中可以提高硫化速率,当改性竹炭粒径大小为109μm,添加量为20份时,改性竹炭/丁苯橡胶复合材料力学性能最好;扫描电镜结果表明,改性竹炭/丁苯橡胶中填料与基体材料界面结合的较为紧密,相容性较好。 Bamboo charcoal/styrene-butadiene rubber composite was prepared by molding with bamboo charcoal as a filler,and the effect of bamboo charcoal on the vulcanization performance of styrene-butadiene rubber was studied.The effect of bamboo charcoal on the mechanical properties,hardness,DIN abrasion resistance and micro morphology of the composite material was studied.The results show that the addition of bamboo charcoal modified by coupling agent to styrene-butadiene rubber can increase the vulcanization rate.When the particle size of the modified bamboo charcoal is 109μm and the addition amount is 20 parts,the mechanic performance of the modified bamboo charcoal/styrene-butadiene rubber composite reaches the best.Scanning electron microscopy results show that the interface between the filler and the matrix material in the modified bamboo charcoal/styrene butadiene rubber is tightly bonded,and the compatibility is good.
