摘要
采用十六烷基三甲基氯化铵(CTAC)对钠基蒙脱土(Na-MMT)进行改性,并对改性蒙脱土(CTAC-MMT)结构进行表征。X射线衍射和红外光谱表明,CTAC已进入Na-MMT层间,层间距由1.62 nm增至2.00 nm。考察了CTAC-MMT用量对氯丁橡胶(CR)/天然橡胶(NR)性能的影响。结果表明,随CTAC-MMT用量增加,CR/NR/CTAC-MMT复合材料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度呈上升趋势,硬度增加,回弹率减小。CTAC-MMT的加入可以改善复合材料的物理机械性能和热稳定性。
Cetyltrimethylammonium chloride(CTAC)was used to modify sodium-based montmorillonite(Na-MMT),and the structure of modified montmorillonite(CTAC-MMT)was characterized.X-ray diffraction and infrared spectroscopy showed that CTAC had entered the Na-MMT layer,and the layer spacing had increased from 1.62 nm to 2.00 nm.The effect of CTAC-MMT mass fraction on the performance of chloroprene rubber(CR)/natural rubber(NR)was investigated.The results showed that with the increase of the mass fraction of CTAC-MMT,the tensile strength and tear strength of CR/NR/CTAC-MMT composites were on the rise.The hardness of the composite material was increased,and the rebound rate was decreased as the mass fraction of CTAC-MMT increased.The addition of CTAC-MMT improved the physical and mechanical properties and thermal stability of composite materials.
