硫化历程对胎面胶微观结构和性能的影响

摘要 将同一胎面混炼胶分别在140℃、145℃、150℃、155℃和160℃硫化了1.5倍和2.0倍的工艺正硫化时间(t_(90)),研究硫化温度和硫化时间对胎面胶交联密度、填料分散及物理机械性能的影响。结果表明,硫化温度不大于150℃时,硫化时间长的硫化胶交联网络更完善,硫化温度大于150℃时,硫化时间短的交联网络更完善;硫化温度升高,胎面胶的焦烧时间缩短,填料的分散性相对较好;胎面胶的撕裂强度随着硫化温度的升高和硫化时间的延长明显降低。 The tire tread compound was vulcanized at 140℃,145℃,150℃,155℃and 160℃with 1.5 times and 2.0 times of optimum curing time(t_(90)).The effects of curing temperature and curing time on the cross-linking density,filler dispersion and mechanical properties of tread compound were studied.The results showed that the crosslinking network with longer curing time was more perfect when the curing temperature was lower than 150℃,and the crosslinking network with short curing time was more perfect when the curing temperature was higher than 150℃.With the increasing of curing temperature,the scorch time was shortened and the dispersion of filler was better.The tear strength of tread decreased apparently with the increasing of curing temperature and curing time.
