“微时代”思想政治教育话语发展审视:特点、困境与消解

Characteristics,Dilemma and Resolution on the Discourse Development of Ideological and Political Education in“Micro Era”

“微时代”以“微视频”为代表的系列媒体技术对思想政治教育话语发展与传播效力机制带来深刻影响。目前,“微时代”思想政治教育话语发展特点为:话语内容同一化、话语主体多元化、话语表达自主化、话语传播媒介多样化。同时,面临着“爆炸式”数据流削弱话语“独特性”、算法“黑箱”造成“信息茧房”消蚀话语“主导性”、覆盖式“整觉传播”模式削减话语“传播效力”、多媒介传播稀释话语“特有语境空间”认同等现实困境。基于此,提出突出话语特性:建构“人本中心”话语价值理念;占据话语主导:以社会主义核心价值观为话语核心内容;提升话语效力:以媒介融合为手段;增强话语认同:强化政治语境与媒体语境耦合联动等消解策略。

The series of media technologies represented by“micro video”in“micro era”have a profound impact on the discourse development and communication effectiveness mechanism of ideological and political education.At present,the characteristics of discourse development of ideological and political education in“micro era”are of the identity of discourse content,the diversification of discourse subjects,the autonomy of discourse expression and the diversification of discourse communication media.At the same time,there are some realistic dilemmas,which is facing the“explosive”data flow to weaken the“uniqueness”of discourse;“information cocoon room”caused by algorithm“black box”to erode discourse“dominance”;coverage“holistic communication”mode to reduce the“communication effectiveness”of discourse;the identity of discourse of“unique context space”diluted by multi-media communication.Based on this,it puts forward the prominent characteristics of discourse,that is,to construct the discourse value concept of“people-centered”;occupy the discourse dominance,taking socialist core values as the core content of discourse;enhance the effectiveness of discourse by means of media integration;enhance the identity of discourse,and strengthen the coupling and linkage between political context and media context to seek the solution to the discourse dilemma.
