摘要
失地农民是在我国新型城镇化进程中所形成的一个特殊群体,促进失地农民市民化是秉持“以人为本”的发展理念的题中应有之义。社区教育在推进失地农民市民化进程中有其特殊性与重要价值。基于文献分析和现场调查发现,思想观念保守、文化知识和职业技能匮乏,以及心理和行为的边际性都严重阻碍失地农民市民化的进程。针对失地农民市民化进程的现状,社区教育应加强其教育引导、加强科学文化知识教育和职业技能培训、注重社会交往活动的开展,革新失地农民的观念意识,提高其城市适应力和就业力,增强其城市融入感和社会性,进而全面推进失地农民真正意义上的市民化进程。
Landless peasants are a special group formed in the process of new urbanization in China. It is an integral part of the development concept of “people-oriented” to promote the process of citizenization of landless peasants. Community education possesses its particularity and important value in accelerating the process of citizenization of landless peasants. Based on literature analysis and filed investigation, it is found that conservative ideas, inadequate cultural knowledge and vocational skills as well as the marginality of psychology and behavior seriously hinder the process of citizenization. In view of the current situation of the citizenization process of landless peasants, community education should strengthen educational guidance, enhance scientific and cultural knowledge education and vocational skill training, and pay attention to carrying out social communication activities to innovate the concept and consciousness of landless peasants, improve urban adaptability and employability, and enhance the sense of urban integration and sociality, and then comprehensively accelerate the citizenization process of landless peasants in the true sense.
