摘要
从价值归属的角度分析,职业教育具有增技赋能的“本真”价值维度、立德树人的“向善”价值维度和建构美好生活的“崇美”价值维度。但是传统认知的偏见、培养目标的偏差和工具理性的膨胀,遮蔽了职业教育真实的目的意义与价值取向。因此,新时代的职业教育需要从教育理念到教学模式、从培养目标到培养方式克服偏执观念和不利因素的影响,真正彰显“求真”“向善”“崇美”三重维度,在培养学生的技能以适应社会经济发展需要的同时,提升学生的人格、品行和境界,使其获得全面发展。
From the perspective of value attribution, vocational education has the “authenticity” value dimension of augmentation empowerment, the “goodness” value dimension of moral education, and the “beauty” value dimension of building a better life. However, the prejudice of traditional cognition, the deviation of training goals and the expansion of instrumental rationality obscure the true purpose and value orientation of vocational education. Therefore, vocational education needs to overcome the influence of paranoid concepts and unfavorable factors from educational concepts to teaching modes, from training goals to training methods, and truly highlight the three dimensions of “authenticity”, “goodness” and “beauty”. While cultivating students’ skills to meet the needs of social and economic development, students’ personality, conduct and realm should be improved to achieve all-round development in the new era.
