新时代增值评价的价值意蕴与实现路径 被引量:1

摘要 增值评价作为一种较为新颖的评价方式,与结果评价、过程评价和综合评价共同构成了我国新时代的教育评价体系。通过对近年来我国学者对增值评价所做的理论研究和实践研究进行分析,可以发现增值评价的独特价值意蕴,主要表现为:增值评价是教育评价方式完善的体现,是推进教育公平的必然要求,是提升教育质量的重要手段。当前,我国的增值评价实践中面临缺乏专业人员、评价维度单一、评价数据完整性难以保障等现实问题。从树立“增量”意识、创新评价工具、采用多元方法、加强制度保障和培养专业化人才等五个方面提出建议,能够为新时代进一步发挥增值评价的功能提供有效的指导性建议。 As a relatively novel evaluation method,value-added evaluation,together with result evaluation,process evaluation and comprehensive evaluation,constitutes the education evaluation system in the new era of our country.Through the analysis of the theoretical and practical researches conducted by Chinese scholars on value-added evaluation in recent years,we can find the unique value meaning of value-added evaluation,which is mainly manifested as:value-added evaluation is a manifestation of the improvement of educational evaluation methods,an inevitable requirement of promoting educational equity,and an important means to improve the quality of education.At present,China's value-added evaluation practice is facing practical problems such as lack of professional talents,single evaluation dimension,and difficulty in ensuring the integrity of evaluation data.The paper proposes suggestions from five aspects:establishing incremental awareness,innovating evaluation tools,adopting multiple methods,strengthening institutional guarantees and cultivating professional talents,so as to provide effective guiding suggestions for further exerting the value-added evaluation function in the new era.
