产业需求下退役军人学生人才培养质量保障研究——以福建林业职业技术学院为例

Research on Quality Assurance of Talent Training for Ex-service Students under Industrial Demand—Taking Fujian Forestry Vocational and Technical College as an Example

百万扩招政策出台后,高职院校生源结构发生很大变化,退役军人是此次扩招的主要生源,如何保障退役军人学生人才培养质量成为当前研究的重点。选取福建部分高职院校近三年退役军人学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查、访谈法等方式,分析退役军人学生生源特点、学习需求等,指出当前退役军人学生人才培养质量所面临的挑战,探讨在产业需求视角下如何保障退役军人学生人才培养质量。

After the introduction of the million enrollment expansion policy,the student source structure of many higher vocational colleges has changed greatly and veterans are the main source of the enrollment expansion.How to guarantee the training quality of ex-service students has become a current research focus.In this paper,the ex-service students of some higher vocational colleges in Fujian province in recent three years are selected as the research object.Through questionnaire survey,interview and other methods,this paper analyzes the source characteristics and learning needs of ex-service students and points out the challenges faced by the current talent training quality of ex-service students and discusses how to ensure the talent training quality of ex-service students from the perspective of industrial demand.
