林区经济转型视域下高职专项扩招学生人才培养与就业路径研究——以黑龙江生态工程职业学院为例

Research on Talent Cultivation and Employment Path of Special Expanded Enrollment Students in Higher Vocational Colleges under Vision of Forest Region Economic Transformation—A Case Study of Heilongjiang Vocational Institute of Ecological Engineering

百万扩招政策与《黑龙江省重点国有林区改革总体方案》的全面推进,将扩招学生与林区经济转型发展紧密结合起来。在此背景下,以黑龙江生态工程职业学院为例,结合扩招学生的现实需求,开展调研和分析,并从师资结构、分类培养、授课方式、就业途径等几个维度进行扩招学生的人才培养和就业路径研究,以期实现毕业生更好地服务林区一线、实现高质量就业。

The policy of million enrollment expansion and the overall program of the reform of key state-owned forest areas in Heilongjiang will combine the expansion of student enrollment with the economic transformation and development of forest areas.In this context,taking Heilongjiang Ecological Engineering Vocational College as an example,and taking into account the actual needs of expanding the enrollment of students,we carried out research and analysis,and from the structure of teachers,the classification of training,teaching methods,employment paths and other dimensions to explore the cultivation and employment path of expanded enrollment students,in order to achieve a better service of graduates in the forest area and high-quality employment.
