Research on Application of DRGs in Hospital Performance Evaluation and Management

疾病诊断相关组(Diagnosis Related Groups,DRGs)作为先进的医保付费方式,近年来在我国广泛应用,其目的在于把控医疗费用、优化医院绩效评价和管理。本文对DRGs评价指标的管理方式进行研究,针对医院绩效评价与管理体系中信息系统支撑、监管流程、DRGs基础设施等方面进行了深入分析研究,借鉴美国和德国先进模式,为我国DRGs全面实施提出有效建议。

Diagnosis Related Groups(DRGs)as an advanced payment method of medical insurance,which has been adoptedwidely by our country in recent years.Its purpose is to control medical expenses,optimize hospital performance evaluation and management.In the article,we studied the management mode of DRGs evaluation index and the information system support,supervision process and DRGs infrastructure in the hospital performance evaluation and management system are deeply analyzed and studied,draw lessons from American and German advanced mode,put forward effective suggestion for our country DRGs to implement in an all-round way.
