内观认知疗法联合激励式赋能教育对男性心因性勃起功能障碍患者负性情绪及治疗配合度的影响

Effect of NaiKan cognitive therapy combined with motivational empowerment education on negative emotions and treatment coordination in male patients with psychogenic erectile dysfunction

目的分析内观认知疗法联合激励式赋能教育对男性心因性勃起功能障碍患者负性情绪及治疗配合度的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2020年5月山东中医药大学附属医院收治的88例心因性勃起功能障碍患者作为研究对象。根据随机数字表法分为单一组和联合组,每组44例。单一组采用常规护理,联合组采用内观认知疗法联合激励式赋能教育,比较两组的勃起功能、负性情绪、治疗配合度、心理状态和生活质量。结果干预后,联合组国际勃起功能指数-5(IIEF-5)评分高于单一组,汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分低于单一组(P<0.05);联合组治疗配合度评分高于单一组(P<0.05);联合组广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7)评分低于单一组,生活质量量表(SF-36)评分高于单一组(P<0.05)。结论内观认知疗法联合激励式赋能教育可改善男性心因性勃起功能障碍患者的勃起功能,减轻负性情绪,提高治疗配合度,改善心理状态和生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of NaiKan cognitive therapy combined with motivational empowerment education on negative emotions and treatment coordination in male patients with psychogenic erectile dysfunction.Methods 88 patients with psychogenic erectile dysfunction who were treated in Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between May 2018 and May 2020 were selected as the study subjects and were divided into single group and combined group according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.Single group received conventional nursing,and combined group was given NaiKan cognitive therapy combined with motivational empowerment education.The erectile function,negative emotions,treatment coordination,psychological status and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the score of international index of erectile function-5(IIEF-5)of combined group was higher than that of single group while the scores of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)were lower than those of single group(P<0.05).The treatment coordination scores were higher in combined group than those in single group(P<0.05).The score of generalized anxiety disorder(GAD-7)of combined group was lower than that of single group,while the score of short-form quality of life scale(SF-36)was higher than that of single group(P<0.05).Conclusions NaiKan cognitive therapy combined with motivational empowerment education can improve the erectile dysfunction,relieve the negative emotions,enhance the treatment coordination and improve the psychological status and quality of life of male patients with psychogenic erectile dysfunction.
