复方玄驹胶囊联合来曲唑治疗男性少弱精子症的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of compound Xuanju capsule combined with letrozole on male oligoasthenospermia

目的探讨复方玄驹胶囊联合来曲唑治疗男性少弱精子症患者的临床效果。方法选取2016年3月至2019年2月亳州市人民医院收治的86例少弱精子症患者作为研究对象。按照简单随机原则分为研究组和对照组,每组43例。对照组采用复方玄驹胶囊治疗,研究组采用复方玄驹胶囊联合来曲唑治疗。比较两组治疗前后的精液量、精子密度、a级精子活力、(a+b)级精子活力、精子活动率、性激素水平、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗后精液量、精子密度、a级精子活力、(a+b)级精子活力及精子活动率水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后性激素水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论来曲唑联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗可明显提高男性少弱精子症患者的精液质量,改善其的血清性激素水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of compound Xuanju capsule combined with letrozole in the treatment of male oligoasthenospermia.Methods A total of 86 patients with oligoasthenospermia admitted to Bozhou People′s Hospital from March 2016 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the simple random principle,they were divided into study group and control group,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound Xuanju capsule,and the study group was treated with compound Xuanju capsule combined with letrozole.The semen volume,sperm density,grade a sperm motility,(a+b)sperm motility,sperm motility rate,sex hormone level,treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the semen volume,sperm density,grade a sperm motility,(a+b)sperm motility and sperm motility rate in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The sex hormone level in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusions Letrozole combined with compound Xuanju capsule can significantly improve semen quality and serum sex hormone levels in male oligoasthenospermia patients.
