肾移植术后免疫抑制治疗对男性生殖功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 肾移植手术在临床得到广泛应用,肾移植术后的免疫抑制治疗是降低术后早期急性排斥反应发生率,改善移植受者存活率和肾存活率必不可少的手段。然而,这些免疫抑制剂在抑制排斥反应的同时显示出明显的生殖毒副作用。所以,男性肾移植术后免疫抑制治疗对男性生殖功能影响的相关研究变得越来越重要。为此,本文总结了包括环孢素、他克莫司、西罗莫司、吗替麦考酚酯、咪唑立宾等一些常用的肾移植术后免疫抑制剂的生殖毒性,以指导临床医生优化肾移植术后的长期免疫抑制治疗方案。 Renal transplantation has been widely used in clinical practice.Immunosuppressive therapy at post-renal transplantation is an indispensable means to reduce the incidence of early acute rejection and improve the survival rate of transplant recipients and kidneys.However,these immunosuppressive agents showed obvious reproductive toxicity while suppressing rejection.It is more and more important to study the effect of immunosuppressive therapy on male reproductive function at post-renal transplantation.To this end,this article summarizes the reproductive toxicity of some commonly used immunosuppressive agents at post-renal transplantation,including cyclosporine,tacrolimus,sirolimus,mycophenolate mofetil,mizoribine,etc.,in order to guide clinicians to optimize long-term immunosuppressive therapy at post-renal transplantation.
