摘要
目的选取丙咪嗪、阿戈美拉汀、吗氯贝胺处理兔阴茎海绵体,观察其对勃起功能的影响。方法于2019年2月选取40只家兔作为研究对象,随机分为对照组、丙咪嗪治疗组(腹腔注射丙咪嗪)、吗氯贝胺治疗组(静脉注射吗吗氯贝胺)与阿戈美拉汀治疗组(口服阿戈美拉汀),每组10只。在给药21d后,观察不同抗抑郁药对生殖器官的影响。结果与对照组比较,丙咪嗪治疗组的乙酰胆碱诱导的血管内皮依赖性和电场刺激(EFS)诱导的海绵体神经源性松弛差异显著(P<0.05)。在吗氯贝胺治疗组及阿戈美拉汀治疗组中,乙酰胆碱和EFS诱导的舒张作用差异不显著(P>0.05)。吗氯贝胺治疗组及阿戈美拉汀治疗组间对一氧化氮供体硝普钠的舒张反应和对氯化钾的收缩反应差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论丙咪嗪可引起兔阴茎勃起组织功能的显著改变,这些改变可能与勃起功能障碍的发生有关。
Objective This paper chose imipramine,agomelatine and moclobemide to treat rabbit penile cavernosum to observe their effects on erectile function.Methods 40 rabbits will be selected as research objects in October 2020,and randomly divided into control group,imipramine treatment group(intraperitoneal injection of imipramine),moclobemide treatment group(intravenous moclobemide)and agomeratine treatment group(oral administration of agomeratine),10 rabbits in each group.After 21 days of the administration,the effects of different antidepressants on reproductive organs were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the difference between acetylcholine-induced vascular endothelial dependence and electric field stimulation(EFS)caused neurogenic relaxation in the imipramine treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the diastolic effects of acetylcholine and EFS in the moclobemide treatment group and agomeratine treatment group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the moclobemide treatment group and agomeratine treatment group in the diastolic reaction and the contraction response to potassium chloride(P>0.05).Conclusions Imipramine can cause significant changes in the function of erectile tissue in rabbits,which may be related to erectile dysfunction.
