摘要
随着现代社会对自动化物流设备需求的多样化和智能化,以桁架机器人为核心的物流仓储系统在平面存储方式下,以超高密度、高效率的存取技术能够有效地解决特定物流需求。文中以工程需求为背景,开展了典型桁架机器人系统设计,通过研究桁架机器人的系统组成,分析了设计桁架机器人的关键点,重点研究设计了桁架机器人的抓具结构和横梁结构,形成了该系统初步技术方案,为桁架机器人在物流仓储系统的应用提供参考。
With the diversification and intelligence of society's demand for automated logistics equipment,under the plane storage mode,the logistics warehousing system with truss robot as the core has super-high density and high efficiency access technology,which can effectively solve specific logistics needs.Based on the engineering requirements,a typical truss robot system is designed.By studying the system composition of truss robot,the key points of truss robot design are analyzed,and the gripper and beam structure of truss robot are emphatically studied,and the preliminary technical scheme of the system is formed,which provides a reference for the application of truss robot in logistics storage system.
