摘要 为了提高材料利用率,降低生产成本,文中采用有限元数值模拟技术对具有安全防坠装置的升降机轿厢纵梁进行了轻量化设计。基于简化的轿厢结构三维模型,进行了线性静态分析。构建了以纵梁翼板厚度和腹板厚度为变量,结构质量、最大形变量和最大等效应力作为优化评价统计量的数学模型,采用零阶算法对设计变量进行优化,得到合适的纵梁结构参数;校核了优化后结构的强度符合设计要求,仿真和物理实验验证基于零阶算法设计的轿厢纵梁结构合理性,为工字钢类构件轻量化设计提供一定参考。 To improve the material utilization rate and reduce the production cost,the finite element numerical simulation technology is used to design the lightweight longitudinal beam of elevator car with safety anti-falling device.Based on the simplified three-dimensional model of car structure,the linear static analysis was carried out.A mathematical model was established,in which the thickness of wing and web of longitudinal beam was taken as variables,and the structural quality,maximum deformation and maximum equivalent stress were taken as optimization evaluation statistics.The design variables were optimized by zero-order algorithm,and the appropriate structural parameters of longitudinal beam were obtained.After checking,the strength of the optimized structure meets the design requirements.Simulation and physical experiments verify the structural rationality of the longitudinal beam of the car designed based on the zero-order algorithm,which provides a reference for the lightweight design of I-beams.
