摘要
岸边集装箱起重机是现代自动化码头的核心设备,其安全运行直接影响着整个码头和港口的安全可靠运营。文中结合岸边集装箱起重机结构健康监测的实际需求,对岸边集装箱起重机结构系统的故障模式及其影响(FEMA)进行了系统分析,阐述了岸边集装箱起重机结构组成与主要故障形式,分析了故障发生原因,制定了故障判定准则,构建了岸边集装箱起重机结构FEMA表,为岸边集装箱起重机的安全运维提供了指导与依据。
As the quayside container crane is the core equipment of the automated terminal,its safe operation directly affects the whole terminal and port.Considering the actual needs of the structural health monitoring of quayside container cranes,in this paper,the author systematically analyzes the structural failure modes and their effects(FEMA)of quayside container cranes,expounds the components and main failures of quayside container cranes,analyzes the causes of the failures,determines the failure judgment criteria,and constructs the FEMA table of quayside container cranes,which provides guidance and basis for the safe operation and maintenance of quayside container cranes.
