200 t智能差动牵引式起重机总装技术研究

摘要 文中所述200 t智能差动牵引式起重机完工后安装于重型车间3-1车间北跨,与原有的4台200 t+200 t智能差动牵引式起重机并轨。考虑到在原有厂房安装,不能影响当前的生产进度,以及增加生产安全危险源,其总装工艺不同于之前常规桥式起重机的吊装。经过多方考虑和对比,最终采用地面预拼装+单根箱梁吊装+高空合拢等工艺方法,使在封闭空间内吊装大型桥式起重机的想法得以实现,相关公差尺寸均处于可控状态,此工艺值得借鉴。 The 200 t intelligent differential traction crane was installed in the north span of Workshop 3-1 of the heavy workshop after completion,and merged with the original four 200t+200t intelligent differential traction cranes.Considering that the installation in the original workshop shall not affect the current production progress or add new production safety hazards,its assembly process is different from the previous conventional bridge crane hoisting.After various considerations and comparisons,it was finally decided to adopt ground pre-assembly+single box girder hoisting+high-altitude closing,so as to realize the hoisting of large bridge cranes in a closed space.As the relevant tolerance dimensions are in a controllable state,this process is worth learning.
