空手道组手运动员选材特点分析研究

Analysis on the Characteristics of Karate KUMITE Athletes Selection

空手道自从传入我国之后发展迅速,并逐渐变成全民健身的方式,我国的空手道运动员也在国际的体育赛事中取得好成绩。空手道有两种派别,分别是型和组手,组手的技术分别是腿法、拳法和摔法。型是把空手道的技术合理组合起来,并加以连贯的组合动作,这其中有攻击技法和防御技法。文章通过对空手道运动员选材特点进行分析,首先介绍了空手道组手运动员的技术特点,然后介绍了空手道组手运动员训练的特点,最后根据空手道组手的特点和训练进行运动员选材的分析。文章通过对空手道组手运动员选材的研究,希望会对我国的空手道运动员的选拔提供参考。

Karate KUMITE has developed rapidly since it was introduced into our country,and it has gradually become a national sport.Our karate athletes also get good achievements in international sports competitions.There are two types of karate,namely kata and KUMITE,and the skills of KUMITE include leg,boxing and wrestling.Kata is a reasonable combination of karate techniques,and consistent combination of actions,which include attack techniques and defense techniques.This paper analyzes the characteristics of karate athletes’ selection,first introduces the technical characteristics of karate KUMITE athletes,then introduces the characteristics of karate KUMITE athletes’ training,and finally according to the characteristics and training of karate KUMITE athletes’ selection analysis.Through the research on the selection of karate KUMITE athletes,this paper hopes to provide reference for the selection of karate athletes in China.
