摘要
目的:分析白癜风患者开展铒激光联合紫外线照射、卤米松封包治疗的作用。方法:纳入2019年1月-2021年6月东莞市滨海湾中心医院收治的50例稳定期白癜风患者,依据随机抽签法将其分为甲组(308 nm LED紫外线照射、卤米松封包及铒激光治疗)与乙组(308 nm LED紫外线照射联合卤米松封包治疗),每组25例。对比两组治疗效果、治疗前及治疗3个月、随访6个月时血清趋化因子[趋化因子CXC配体9(CXCL9)、趋化因子CXC配体10(CXCL10)、趋化因子C-C-基元配体3(CCL3)、趋化因子C-C-基元配体4(CCL4)]水平。结果:甲组治疗总有效率为92.00%,高于乙组的60.00%(P<0.05)。治疗3个月、随访6个月,两组CXCL9、CXCL10、CCL3、CCL4水平均低于治疗前,且甲组均低于乙组(P<0.05)。结论:白癜风患者开展铒激光联合紫外线照射、卤米松封包治疗能降低血清趋化因子CXCL9、CXCL10、CCL3、CCL4水平,提升治疗效果。
Objective:To analyze the effect of erbium laser combined with ultraviolet irradiation and Halometasone sealing in the treatment of vitiligo patients.Method:A total of 50 patients with stable vitiligo who admitted to Dongguan Binhaiwan Central Hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were included,and they were divided into group A (308 nm LED ultraviolet irradiation,Halometasone sealing and erbium laser therapy) and group B (308 nm LED ultraviolet irradiation combined with Halometasone therapy) according to random drawing,25 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect,serum levels of chemokine[chemokine CXC ligand 9 (CXCL9),chemokine CXC ligand 10 (CXCL10),chemokine C-C-primitive ligand 3 (CCL3) and chemokine C-C-primitive ligand 4 (CCL4)]before treatment,3 months of treatment and 6 months of follow-up were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rates of group A was 92.00%,which was higher than 60.00% of group B (P<0.05).At 3 months of treatment and 6 months of follow-up,the levels of CXCL9,CXCL10,CCL3 and CCL4 in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in group A were lower than those in group B (P<0.05).Conclusion:Erbium laser combined with ultraviolet irradiation and Halometasone sealing in the treatment of vitiligo patients can reduce the levels of serum chemokines CXCL9,CXCL10,CCL3 and CCL4,and improve the treatment effect.
