伤科黄水外敷联合刃针治疗膝关节软组织损伤的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Shangke Huangshui External Application Combined with Blade Needle in the Treatment of Knee Joint Soft Tissue Injury

目的:探析伤科黄水外敷联合刃针治疗膝关节软组织损伤的临床效果。方法:选择2021年1-12月化州市中医院就诊的80例膝关节软组织损伤患者。根据随机数字表产生的序列将其分为观察组和对照组,各40例。两组均给予常规对症西医治疗。对照组给予刃针治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予伤科黄水外敷治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后炎症通路及成骨细胞功能相关指标。结果:观察组膝关节功能恢复有效率(97.50%)明显高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)、趋化因子受体4型(CXCR4)mRNA表达量均明显降低,且观察组SDF-1、CXCR4 mRNA表达量均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组骨钙素(BGP)、基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)水平均明显降低,且观察组BGP、MMP-1水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:伤科黄水外敷联合刃针治疗膝关节软组织损伤效果显著,可有效改善患者膝关节功能,可抑制SDF-1/CXCR4信号通路,改善BGP、MMP-1水平。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Shangke Huangshui external application combined with blade needle in the treatment of knee joint soft tissue injury.Method:A total of 80 patients with knee joint soft tissue injury who visited Huazhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2021 were selected.According to the sequence generated by the random number table,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given the routine symptomatic western medicine treatment.The control group was given the blade needle treatment,and the observation group was given the Shangke Huangshui external application treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory pathway and osteoblast function relevant indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The effective rate of knee joint function recovery in the observation group (97.50%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (80.00%) (P<0.05).After treatment,the expressions volume of stromal cell-derived factor-1 (SDF-1) mRNA and chemokine receptor type 4 (CXCR4) mRNA were significantly decreased in both groups,and the expressions volume of SDF-1 mRNA and CXCR4 mRNA in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of bone gla protein (BGP) and matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1) in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the levels of BGP and MMP-1 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Shangke Huangshui external application combined with blade needle in the treatment of knee joint soft tissue injury has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the knee joint function of patients,can inhibit the SDF-1/CXCR4 signal pathway,and improve the levels of BGP and MMP-1.
