个体化液体分配时间表对维持性血液透析患者液体管理的影响

Effect of Individualized Fluid Distribution Schedule on Fluid Management of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的:研究个体化液体分配时间表对维持性血透患者液体摄入依从性、透析间期体重增长符合率和透析急性并发症的影响。方法:将2020年10月-2021年3月在如皋市中医院行维持性血液透析的80例患者采用随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用个体化液体分配时间表辅助护理干预。干预后对两组液体摄入依从量表、透析间期体重增长值(IDWG)符合率、透析急性并发症发生率进行评价。结果:干预6个月后,观察组的液体摄入依从性、IDWG符合率均高于对照组,透析急性并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个体化液体分配时间表的应用能提高维持性血液透析患者液体摄入依从性,更好地控制患者透析间期体重的增长,从而减少透析急性并发症的发生。

Objective:To study the effect of individualized fluid distribution schedule on compliance of fluid intake,compliance rate of interdialytic weight gain and acute complications of dialysis of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Method:A total of 80 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis in Rugao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to March 2021 were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received individualized liquid distribution schedule to assist nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.After the intervention,the compliance scale of fluid intake,the coincidence rate of interdialytic weight gain (IDWG) and the incidence of acute complications of dialysis were observed and evaluated.Result:After 6 months of intervention,the compliance of fluid intake,and the compliance rate of IDWG in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of acute dialysis complications was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of individualized fluid distribution schedule can improve the compliance of fluid intake in maintenance hemodialysis patients,control the growth of body mass during dialysis and reduce the incidence of acute complications of dialysis.
