阿立哌唑与硫必利治疗小儿抽动症的临床研究

Clinical Study of Aripiprazole and Tiapride in the Treatment of Tourette Syndrome

目的:探究阿立哌唑与硫必利治疗小儿抽动症的临床效果。方法:选择镇江市妇幼保健院2019年5月-2020年5月收治的100例抽动症患儿,以随机抽样法将其分为试验组(阿立哌唑)与参照组(硫必利),各50例。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组总有效率为98.00%,显著高于参照组的84.00%(P<0.05),用药前两组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、耶鲁综合抽动症严重度量表(YGTSS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药后试验组的SAS、SDS、YGTSS评分均低于参照组(P<0.05);用药前,两组的生活质量(QOL)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),用药后试验组的生活质量(QOL)评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。用药前两组的血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和中枢神经特异性蛋白(S100β)指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),用药后试验组的NSE、S100β指标显著低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:对抽动症患儿采取阿立哌唑治疗后,可显著改善临床症状、负性情绪,保护神经功能,疗效显著,可显著提升患儿生活质量,此方法值得应用与推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Aripiprazole and Tiapride in the treatment of children with Tourette Syndrome.Method:A total of 100 Tourette syndrome children treated from May 2019 to May 2020 in Zhenjiang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were selected.According to random sampling method,children were assigned to study group (Aripiprazole) and reference group 2 (Tiapride).Therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate in study group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than 84.00% in reference group (P<0.05).Before medication,there were no significant differences in self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),self-rating depression scale (SDS) and Yale global tic severity scale (YGTSS) scores between the two groups (P>0.05).After medication,SAS,SDS,YGTSS scores in study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group (P<0.05).Before medication,there were no significant differences in the quality of life (QOL) scores between groups (P>0.05).After medication,QOL score in study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05).Before medication,there was no significant differences in Neuron-specific enolase (NSE) and central nerve-specific protein (S100β) levels between the two groups (P>0.05).After medication,the NSE and S100β levels in study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Aripiprazole for Tourette Syndrome can reduce the clinical symptoms and negative emotions,protect the neurological function,and improve the curative effects and quality of life.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
