疏肝养血汤加味在盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者中的治疗效果

Therapeutic Effect of Modified Shugan Yangxue Decoction in Patients with Sequelae of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的:分析疏肝养血汤加味在盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者中的治疗效果。方法:选取2019年10月-2021年10月荆门市中医医院收治的180例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者。根据随机数字表法将其分观察组和对照组,各90例。对照组给予常规西药盆腔灌注,观察组在对照组基础上给予疏肝养血汤加味治疗。比较两组治疗前后中医症候积分、免疫功能、血液流变学指标。结果:治疗后,观察组情志抑郁、腰骶酸痛、月经紊乱评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组全血高切黏度(HBV)、全血低切黏度(LBV)、血浆黏度(PV)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者采取疏肝养血汤加味治疗,具有较高临床价值,能够提高治疗效果,对患者的免疫功能及血液流变学指标进行改善。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of Modified Shugan Yangxue Decoction in patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.Method:A total of 180 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases admitted to Jingmen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into observation group and control group,90 cases in each group.The control group was given routine western medicine pelvic perfusion,and the observation group was given modified Shugan Yangxue Decoction on the basis of the control group.The TCM symptom score,immune function and hemorheology indexes of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the scores of emotional depression,lumbosacral soreness and menstrual disorder in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood high shear viscosity(HBV),whole blood low shear viscosity(LBV)and plasma viscosity(PV)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases take the modified Shugan Yangxue Decoction treatment,which has higher clinical value.It can improve the therapeutic effect,and improve the immune function and hemorheology indicators of patients.
