神经松动术联合神经肌肉电刺激治疗上肢周围神经损伤的临床效果观察 被引量:2

Clinical Effect of Nerve Mobilization Combined with Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation on Treatment of Peripheral Nerve Injury of Upper Limb

摘要 目的:探索神经松动术联合神经肌肉电刺激治疗上肢周围神经损伤的临床效果。方法:本研究纳入2018年2月-2021年2月灌南县人民医院收治的上肢周围神经损伤患者65例,采用随机数字表法将患者分组,试验组33例,对照组32例。试验组采用神经松动术联合神经肌肉电刺激治疗,对照组采用单纯神经松动术治疗。观察比较两组治疗有效率、感觉神经及运动神经传导速度。结果:试验组治疗有效率为90.91%,显著优于对照组的65.63%(P<0.05);试验组治疗后桡神经、正中神经、尺神经的运动神经传导速度显著快于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后桡神经、正中神经、尺神经的感觉神经传导速度显著快于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相较于单独神经松动术,神经松动术联合神经肌肉电刺激治疗上肢周围神经损伤疗效更佳,患者感觉及运动神经功能恢复均更好,此方法值得临床推广应用。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of nerve mobilization combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation on treatment of peripheral nerve injury of upper limb.Method:A total of 65 patients with peripheral nerve injury of the upper limb admitted to Guannan County People’s Hospital from February 2018 to February 2021 were selected.The patients were divided into groups by random number table(33 cases in the experimental group and 32 cases in the control group).The experimental group was treated with nerve mobilization combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation,and the control group was treated with nerve mobilization alone.The effective rate,sensory nerve and motor nerve conduction velocity between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The effective rate of the experimental group was 90.91%,which was significantly better than 65.63%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the motor nerve conduction velocity of radial nerve,median nerve and ulnar nerve in the experimental group were significantly faster than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the sensory nerve conduction velocity of radial nerve,median nerve and ulnar nerve in the experimental group were significantly faster than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with nerve mobilization alone,nerve mobilization combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation has a better effect on peripheral nerve injury of upper limb,and the recovery of sensory and motor nerve functions of patients is better.This method is worthy of clinical application.
