K点刺激联合摄食管理应用于颅脑外伤术后吞咽障碍患者的效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨K点刺激联合摄食管理应用于颅脑外伤术后吞咽障碍患者的效果。方法:将南通市通州区人民医院2020年3月-2021年9月收治的96例颅脑外伤术后吞咽障碍患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组48例,给予摄食管理;观察组48例,在对照组基础上给予K点刺激;观察两组吞咽功能、营养状态及并发症发生率。结果:观察组吞咽功能分级优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PRE)、转铁蛋白(TRF)均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(4.17%)低于对照组(16.67%)(P<0.05)。结论:K点刺激联合摄食管理能够改善颅脑外伤术后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能,改善营养状况,降低并发症发生率。 Objective:To explore the effect of K-point stimulation combined with feeding management in patients with dysphagia after craniocerebral trauma.Method:A total of 96 patients with dysphagia after craniocerebral trauma who were admitted in Tongzhou District People’s Hospital from March 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group of 48 cases,who were given feeding management,and the observation group of 48 cases,who were given K-point stimulation on the basis of the control group.The swallowing function,nutritional status and the incidence of complications of the two groups were observed.Result:The swallowing function classification of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).The hemoglobin (Hb),albumin (ALB),prealbumin (PRE) and transferrin (TRF) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group (4.17%) was lower than that in the control group (16.67%) (P<0.05).Conclusion:K-spot stimulation combined with feeding management can improve the swallowing function,improve the nutritional status and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with dysphagia after craniocerebral trauma.
