社会保障舆情风险评估研究

Research on Risk Assessment of Social Security Public Opinion

社会保障舆情严重影响社会稳定,对舆情风险评估具有重要的现实意义。本文在分析社会保障舆情的特点的基础上,构建了社会保障舆情风险等级全息建模框架,并将其转化为风险量化指标体系。通过综合层次分析法和模糊综合评价法构建社会保障舆情风险预警模型,来确定风险等级,并进行了实证检验。研究结果表明,通过构建风险预警模型可以有效评估社会保障舆情风险,为社会保障舆情治理提供了新的思路和方法。

Social security public opinion seriously affects social stability and has important practical significance for public opinion risk assessment. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of social security public opinion,a holographic modeling framework of social security public opinion risk level is constructed and transformed into a risk quantitative index system. The comprehensive analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to construct a social security public opinion risk early warning model to determine the risk level, and carry out an empirical test. The research results show that the risk of social security public opinion can be effectively assessed by constructing a risk early warning model, which provides new ideas and methods for social security public opinion governance.
