男性痛风患者焦虑抑郁现状及其影响因素分析

Statue quo and infl uencing factors of anxiety and depression in male patients with gout

目的探讨男性痛风患者焦虑抑郁现状及相关影响因素。方法选取2021年3—11月贵州中医药大学第二附属医院196例男性痛风患者为调查对象,采用一般情况调查表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行问卷调查。采用单因分析及多因素线性回归分析男性痛风患者的影响因素。结果男性痛风患者焦虑、抑郁得分分别为46.16±11.66分和46.59±11.64分,高于全国常模。单因素及多因素线性回归分析结果显示,近一年发作次数多、疼痛评分高、婚姻状况不佳及存在痛风石是男性痛风患者焦虑、抑郁的影响因素。结论男性痛风患者焦虑、抑郁情绪发生率较高,疼痛评分高、婚姻状况不佳、近一年发作次数多及存在痛风石是患者焦虑和抑郁的影响因素。提示护理人员重点关注男性痛风患者的影响因素情况,制订有效护理方案。

Objective To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of anxiety and depression in male patients with gout.Methods A total of 196 male gout patients admitted in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March to November 2021 were selected as the survey objects.The general information questionnaire,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to apply the survey.Single factor analysis and multivariate linear regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of male patients with gout.Results The scores of anxiety and depression in male gout patients were 46.16±11.66 pointe and 46.59±11.64 pointe,respectively,which were higher than the national norm.Univariate and multivariate linear regression analysis showed that frequent attacks,high pain score,poor marital status and presence of tophi were the influencing factors of anxiety and depression in male patients with gout.Conclusion The incidence of anxiety and depression were high in male patients with gout.High pain score,poor marital status,more attacks in the past year and the presence of tophi were the influencing factors of anxiety and depression.It was suggested that nurses should pay more attention to the influencing factors of male patients with gout and make effective nursing plan.
