比较艺术学的研究维度与实践方法

The Dimensions and Practice Methods of Comparative Art Studies

对比较艺术学的研究内容与研究方法的设定,应该符合当今的时代潮流与社会需求,使其逐步发展成为兼具理论价值与实用价值的一门显学。比较艺术学在宏观与微观层面存在不同的研究维度:它的四个宏观维度是跨领域的艺术比较研究、跨时代的艺术比较研究、跨文化的艺术比较研究以及经典与流行艺术的比较研究;它的五个微观维度是艺术形式比较、艺术风格比较、艺术语境比较、艺术创作比较以及艺术观念比较。这是针对既有研究范围所做的具体设定与延伸扩展,并且不同维度的研究内容之间存在交互关系。此外,在艺术比较的实践方法上,应注意艺术比较关联区域的设定,艺术相似性与差异性的考察,论述主体和参照对象的明确,对艺术作品、现象与观念的阐释以及从现象到本质的思考等五方面,从而将学科研究方法充分运用于实践中。

The content and methods set for comparative art studies are supposed to keep up with the times and cater for the current social needs so as to make this subject gradually develop into a prestigious research fields with both theoretical and practical values.There are different research dimensions at macro and micro levels in comparative art studies.Four dimensions at the macro level are:inter-disciplinary comparative art studies,time-transgressive comparative art studies,inter-cultural comparative art studies and the comparative studies between classical and modern art.Five dimensions at the micro level concern the comparison of the formation,style,context,creation and concepts of art.The dimensions mentioned above not only specify the pre-existing boundary of comparative art studies,but also expand and optimize it as well.On the other hand,there are also interaction and co-relation between different research content at two dimensions.Furthermore,in terms of the practical methods of comparative art studies,five aspects should be emphasized,including the establishment of related comparison area,the study of the similarities and differences of art,the specification of narrative subject and reference object,the interpretation of artistic works,phenomenon and conception as well as the thoughts from phenomenon to essence.The methods of comparative art studies can be fully applied into practice on the basis of these five aspects.
