摘要
以4D打印为代表的新材料和数字制造技术迅速发展,催生了以可编程材料为驱动的变形设计研究,增强了产品的物理属性、信息交互能力和界面使用体验。具体内容包括:通过调研国内外研究现状,梳理和分析4D打印在变形设计中的实现要素和挑战;提出从材料属性、结构设计、驱动设计到变形设计的设计策略;并结合案例分析,建议4D打印变形设计未来可开展的研究内容,为4D打印变形技术的实践应用提供参考。
With the emergence of digital fabrication technologies and programmable materials,four-dimensional printing(4D printing)provides a novel method to create products and interfaces with shape-changing properties.It enhancies user experience with richer material properties,higher performances in exchanging information,and better accessibility to improve design inclusiveness.In this paper,we start by investigating the advancement in the current studies and the challenges they have encountered in digital fabrication and programmable material design.Then we propose a design strategy including material composition,structure design,triggering method,and shape-changing design.Lastly,we provide references and suggestions for future design opportunities within 4D printing.
