零部件实时三维测量技术研究

摘要 提出了一种实时获取动态物体三维型面数据的技术。利用液晶平面进行标定,分别投影一维正弦光栅和显示二维正交光栅,建立截断相位和空间坐标映射。基于傅里叶变换轮廓术进行测量,投影单张正弦结构光图像,计算得到截断相位,并利用截断相位和空间坐标映射得到三维型面。最后,通过实验验证了测量系统的有效性。 One real-time technology for acquiring 3D profile data of dynamic objects was proposed.Using the liquid crystal plane for calibration,one-dimensional sinusoidal grating and two-dimensional orthogonal grating were projected respectively,and the mapping of truncated phase and spatial coordinate were established.Based on Fourier transform profilometry,a single sinusoidal structured light image was projected,the truncated phase was calculated,and then the three-dimensional profile was obtained by the mapping of truncated phase and spatial coordinate.Finally,the effectiveness of the measurement system was verified by experiments.
