24.1%肟菌·异噻胺种子处理悬浮剂对稻瘟病和恶苗病的田间防效研究

摘要 为探明24.1%肟菌·异噻胺种子处理悬浮剂对稻瘟病和恶苗病的防治效果,采用24.1%肟菌·异噻胺种子处理悬浮剂拌干稻种并播种的处理方式进行了田间药效试验。结果表明,24.1%肟菌·异噻胺种子处理悬浮剂15 mL拌1 kg种子处理对苗瘟、叶瘟和穗瘟的防效分别为87.19%、77.64%、45.20%,对苗期、分蘖期和抽穗期恶苗病的防效分别为83.44%、83.89%、84.35%;24.1%肟菌·异噻胺种子处理悬浮剂25 mL拌1 kg种子处理对苗瘟、叶瘟和穗瘟的防效分别为93.75%、84.75%、58.92%,对苗期、分蘖期和抽穗期恶苗病的防效分别为85.89%、88.26%、88.12%。各处理均对水稻种子萌发和成苗安全。24.1%肟菌·异噻胺种子处理悬浮剂推荐剂量拌种对苗瘟、叶瘟和恶苗病防效较好,对水稻生长安全。 In order to explore the control effect of 24.1%trifloxystrobin·isotianil FS on rice blast and rice bakanae disease,the field experiment was carried out by mixing dried rice seed with 24.1%trifloxystrobin·isotianil FS and sowing.The results showed that the control effects of 24.1%trifloxystrobin·isotianil FS 15 mL mixed with 1 kg seed treatment on seedling blast,leaf blast and panicle blast were 87.19%,77.64%,45.20%,respectively;the control effects of that treatment on rice bakanae disease in seedling stage,tillering stage and heading stage were 83.44%,83.89%,84.35%,respectively.The control effects of 24.1%trifloxystrobin·isotianil FS 25 mL mixed with 1 kg seed treatment on seedling blast,leaf blast and panicle blast were 93.75%,84.75%,58.92%,respectively;the control effects of that treatment on rice bakanae disease in seedling stage,tillering stage and heading stage were 85.89%,88.26%,88.12%,respectively.All treatments were safe for the seed germination and seedling formation of rice.The recommended dosage of 24.1%trifloxystrobin·isotianil FS mixed with seed had good control effect on rice seedling blast,rice leaf blast and rice bakanae disease,and which was safe for rice growth.
