道南渗析法处理电镀含磷废水及其影响因素探讨

摘要 随着工业的发展,电镀含磷废水引起的富营养化等问题日益严重,如何处理电镀含磷废水是现阶段环保领域研究的热点方向之一,道南渗析膜分离过程具有耗能低,操作方便等优点,分析牵引物离子种类、温度、离子浓度、酸碱度等因素对含磷废水处理效果的影响;研究结果表明:接受侧溶液采用NaCl作为驱动离子对磷的去除效果较好;去除率随着NaCl的浓度升高而升高;温度在25-45℃之间,磷的去除效果显著增强;废液侧溶液的pH值越高,磷的去除效果越好。 With the development of industry,eutrophication caused by phosphorus-containing wastewater in electroplating industry has become increasingly serious.How to treat phosphorus-containing wastewater in electroplating industry is one of the hot research directions in the field of environmental protection.Donnan dialysis membrane separation process has the advantages of low energy consumption and convenient operation.The influence of driving ion species,temperature,ion concentration and pH on the Donnan dialysis result is analyzed.The results showed that the removing phosphorus results is more optimal with NaCl as the driving matter;The removal rate increases with the growth of NaCl concentration;the removal effect of phosphorus is significantly enhanced from 25℃ to 45℃;the pH value of the recovery side solution is higher,the phosphorus removal effect is better.
