摘要
二汽项目是我国“一五计划”时期苏联援建的156项重点工程之一。1952年8月,在赴苏联谈判时拟定的《第一个五年计划之工业计划轮廓》提出二汽项目,并在随后的会谈中得到了斯大林同意。1952年12月,中国政府同意苏联政府提出的停建北京汽车装配厂,集中力量建设一汽、设计二汽的建议。1952年8月和1953年1月,二汽的最初选址预计在华北地区。
The Second Automobile Project is one of the 156 key projects aided by the Soviet Union during the First-Five Year Plan period in China.In August 1952,the Second Automobile Project was proposed in the Outline of the Industrial Plan of the First Five-Year Plan prepared before the negotiations in the Soviet Union.In December 1952,the Chinese government agreed to the Soviet government’s proposal to stop the construction of the Beijing Automobile Assembly Plant and concentrate on the construction of First Automobile Works(China FAW)and the design of the Second Automobile Works(Dongfeng Automobile Co.,Ltd).In August 1952 and January 1953,the initial site selection of the Second Automobile Works was expected to be in North China.
