双向FDI协调发展与绿色全要素生产率提升——基于产业结构升级视角的分析与检验

Can the Coordinated Development of Two-way FDI Improve Green Total Factor Productivity——Based on the Perspective of Industrial Structure Upgrading

在理论分析基础上,以2003-2017年中国大陆30个省份的面板数据为样本,采用固定效应模型、中介效应模型、面板门槛模型、空间计量模型和空间分位数模型实证检验双向FDI协调发展对绿色全要素生产率的影响机制。结果发现:双向FDI协调发展对绿色全要素生产率具有显著的促进作用,并且产业结构升级作为中介变量能够加强这一效应;双向FDI协调发展和产业结构升级对绿色全要素生产率的影响呈现非线性特征;双向FDI协调发展和产业结构升级对绿色全要素生产率均存在显著的空间溢出效应,且在不同的分位点上溢出程度不同;与内陆地区相比,双向FDI协调发展对沿海地区绿色全要素生产率的促进效应更显著,而产业结构升级对沿海地区绿色全要素生产率的抑制效应较弱。为此,有必要充分发挥双向FDI的协同效应,在推动产业结构转型升级的同时,实现绿色全要素生产率的快速提升。

Based on the theoretical analysis, the panel data of 30 Chinese mainland provinces in 2003-2017 years were taken as samples. The fixed effects model, the mediator effect model, the panel threshold model, the spatial econometric model and the spatial quantile model were used to test the mechanism of the two-way FDI coordinated development on TFP. The results show that: the coordinated development of two-way FDI can significantly promote green total factor productivity, and the upgrading of industrial structure as an intermediary variable can strengthen this effect;the impact of coordinated development of two-way FDI and upgrading of industrial structure on green total factor productivity presents nonlinear characteristics;the coordinated development of two-way FDI and the upgrading of industrial structure have significant spatial spillover effects on green total factor productivity, and the spillover degree is different at different quantiles;compared with inland areas, the coordinated development of two-way FDI has a more significant promoting effect on green total factor productivity in coastal areas, while the inhibitory effect of industrial structure upgrading on green total factor productivity in coastal areas is weak. Therefore, it is necessary to give full play to the synergy of two-way FDI and realize the rapid improvement of green total factor productivity while promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.
