摘要
“大智移云物区”时代大背景给财务人员带来前所未有的挑战,为培养不断适应新时代变化的财务工作人员,应用型本科高校财会专业的人才培养思路就需要不断转变。应用型本科高校财会专业教师肩负着培养新时代财务人才的使命,更肩负着应用型本科高校财会专业转型能否成功的重任。目前,应用型本科高校财会专业现有的师资水平与智能财务背景下的人才培养定位需求存在一定差距,这种差距很大程度上将制约应用型本科高校财会专业的人才培养质量。为使财会专业毕业生更好地满足企业需求,财会专业教师只有不断更新教育知识体系及教育观念,才能满足处在发展过程中当代财会大学生的学习及就业需要。文章认为财会专业的教师势必要先转型。文章旨在通过转变观念、院校做好教师转型的总设计师、增强智能财务背景教学能力等方面探索教师转型的路径。
The background of the era of“Great Wisdom Shift Cloud And Material Zone”has brought unprecedented challenges to financial personnel,and in order to cultivate financial staff who are constantly adapting to changes in the new era,the training ideas of accounting professionals in application-oriented undergraduate universities need to be changed constantly.Accounting teachers in application-oriented undergraduate universities shoulder the mission of training financial talents in the new era as well as the important task of the success of the transformation of accounting in application-oriented undergraduate universities.At present,there is a certain gap between the existing teacher level of accounting major in application-oriented undergraduate universities and the demand of talent training positioning under the background of intelligent fuiance,which will restrict the quality of talent training of accounting major in application-oriented undergraduate universities to a large extent.In order to enable Accounting graduates to better meet the needs of enterprises,Accounting teachers can only meet the learning and employment needs of contemporary finance and accounting college students in the process of development by constantly updating their educational knowledge system and educational concepts.The article argues that the accounting professional teachers must transform first.The article aims to explore the path of teacher transformation by changing concepts,colleges and universities to be the chief designer of teacher transformation,and enhancing the teaching ability of intelligent financial background.
