人工智能赋能冰雪运动高质量发展前景、困境及推进策略 被引量:2

摘要 发展冰雪运动能补齐我国体育强国建设的短板。当前,我国冰雪运动发展仍存在自然环境制约、运动场地不足、高新技术缺乏、大众参与缺失、竞技培训低效、产业核心竞争力落后、公共体育服务欠佳等问题。人工智能的发展为推动冰雪运动高质量发展提供了创新之路。基于此,该文从场地设施、运动训练、赛事活动和产业支持与服务4个方面提出人工智能赋能冰雪运动的应用前景,从制度体系设计、保障和服务机制、产业协同能力3个方面分析存在的现实困境,最后提出推进策略:建立政策、法律、标准和规范四级体系,提供基础设施、人才和服务三维支撑,协同政、产、学、研、用、投六位要素。 The development of ice and snow sports can make up for the shortcomings of our sports power construction.At present,the development of ice and snow sports in China still has many problems,such as natural environment constraints,insufficient sports venues,lack of high-tech,lack of public participation,inefficient competitive training,backward industrial core competitiveness,and poor public sports services.The development of artificial intelligence(AI)provides an innovative way to promote the high-quality development of ice and snow sports.Based on this,this paper puts forward the application prospect of AI enabled snow and ice sports from four aspects:venue facilities,sports training,event activities and supporting industries and services,analyzes the existing practical difficulties from three aspects:system design,guarantee and service mechanism,and industrial collaboration capability,and finally puts forward the promotion strategy:establish a four level system of policies,laws,standards,and specifications,provide three-dimensional support for infrastructure,talents,and services,and coordinate politics Production,learning,research,use and investment are six elements.
