6周加压训练对体育院校足球运动员下肢爆发力的影响

摘要 目的:探讨6周爆发力训练结合下肢血流阻滞对男子足球运动员下肢爆发力的影响。方法:招募18名男子足球运动员,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各9名,对照组和实验组都进行足球专项爆发力训练,训练内容和负荷都一致,实验组在训练前用气压带施加150mmHg的压力。针对6周训练前后下肢围度(臀围、大腿和小腿围度)、立定跳远、纵跳摸高、30m冲刺跑、15m×3往返跑、T形跑等测试指标的成绩进行对比分析。结果:(1)6周训练后实验组臀围和大腿围度显著性增加(P<0.05),小腿围度未发生显著性变化;(2)6周训练后实验组在立定跳远和纵跳摸高项目中的测试成绩未发生显著性变化(P>0.05);(3)6周训练后实验组在30m冲刺跑和15m×3往返跑的项目测试中成绩出现了显著性提升(P<0.05),在T形跑测试中成绩未出现显著性变化(P>0.05)。 Objective:To investigate the effect of 6-week explosive force training combined with lower extremity blood flow block on explosive force of male football players.Methods 18 male football players were recruited and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 9 athletes in each group.Both the control group and the experimental group underwent soccer-specific explosive training with the same training content and load.The pneumatic belt applies a pressure of 150mmHg.The test indicators of lower limb circumference(hip circumference,thigh and calf dimension),standing long jump,vertical jump reaching height,30m sprint running,3x15m round-trip running,and T-shaped running were compared before and after 6-week training.Results:(1)After 6 weeks of training,the hip circumference and thigh circumference of the experimental group increased significantly(P<0.05),but the calf circumference did not change significantly.(2)After 6 weeks of training,the experimental group reached heights in standing long jump and vertical jump were no significant changes in test scores in the items(P>0.05).(3)After 6 weeks of training,the experimental group's performance in the 30m sprint running and 3x15m round-trip running has been significantly improved(P<0.05),and the results in the T-type running test were significantly changed(P>0.05).
