In the Internet era,especially in the"post epidemic"stage,hybrid teaching has become a hot topic in the educational field.Hybrid teaching realizes the multi-integration of online and offline teaching with the help of many informatization means,which really highlights the individuality and subjectivity of students in the process of physical education teaching.On the basis of expounding the concept of hybrid teaching,this paper probes into the construction strategy of hybrid teaching system of college physical education in the post epidemic era,in order to provide reference for the implementation of college physical education curriculum and improve classroom teaching,enhancing teaching effectiveness.
