摘要
在高校体育教学与训练中,如何能够让学生更准确地理解与掌握相应的体育技术动作,提高学生的体育综合素养,以及提升运动员的技术水平等,成为高校体育教学与训练中重点研究的内容。比较分析教学法是目前高校体育教学中应用较为广泛的一种教学方法,该文围绕初学者、高水平运动员、复杂项目和纠正指导等维度对其运用策略进行了探析。研究认为,比较分析教学法的运用不仅能够使学生形成正确的动作概念,还能让学生清楚地看到自己在练习前后的动作情况,进而能够分析出自身存在的问题,对提高自身技术动作准确性与标准性具有重要作用。
In PE teaching and training in colleges and universities,how to enable students to more accurately understand and master the corresponding sports technical actions,improve students'comprehensive sports literacy,and improve the technical level of athletes has become the focus of research in college sports teaching and training.Comparative analysis teaching method is a teaching method widely used in college PE teaching.This paper analyzes its application strategies around such dimensions as beginners,high-level athletes,complex events and correction guidance.The research believes that the application of comparative analysis teaching method can not only enable students to form correct movement concepts,but also enable students to clearly see their own movements before and after practice,and then analyze their own problems,which plays an important role in improving the accuracy and standardization of their own technical movements.
