新时代体育强国建设背景下新疆克拉玛依社区体育发展研究

Research on Development of Community Sports in Karamay, Xinjiang under the Background of Sports Power Construction in the New Era

在新时代体育强国建设的背景下,该文采用文献资料法、实地调研法、专家访谈法对新疆石油城市——克拉玛依社区体育进行调查研究。旨在了解克拉玛依社区体育现状及存在的问题,在此基础上提出个人的见解,为新疆体育发展添砖加瓦。经调查发现,克拉玛依社区体育存在设施和健身站点规划不均衡、社区体育经费来源单一、社区体育理论研究相对滞后等问题。该文结合国内外先进社区体育理论及实践,提出强化政府责任;提高社区体育组织管理者的能力,创新工作方式方法;统筹、科学安排社区体育设施建设等建议。

Under the background of the construction of sports power in the new era,this paper adopts the method of literature,field research and expert interview to investigate the community sports in Karamay,an oil city in Xinjiang.The purpose is to understand the current situation and problems of Karamay community sports,and put forward personal opinions on this basis,so as to contribute to the development of Xinjiang sports.After investigation,it's found that the planning of Karamay community sports facilities and fitness stations was unbalanced;The source of community sports funds is single;The theoretical research of community sports is relatively backward.Combining with the advanced community sports theory and practice at home and abroad,it is proposed to strengthen the government responsibility;Improve the ability of the managers of community sports organizations and innovate the working methods;Suggestions on overall planning and scientific arrangement of community sports facilities construction.
